Qingdao First Step Logistics Co., Ltd., founded in 2019, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FSG. In 2020, the company invested in the construction of the International Brand Sales & Exhibition Center and the supporting storage & logistics center in the Jiaodong Airport Comprehensive Free Trade Zone in Qingdao. The facilities are put in use starting 2024.
The storage center covers an area of 8.3 acres with a construction area of 47,500m². With the policy advantage of being within the border but outside the custom, the center provides its clients with first-leg transportation, port-to-warehouse transportation, bonded warehousing, international customes services, redeployment, cross-border drop shipping, supply chain financial, and other comprehensive bonded warehousing and logistics services. The storage center is also built with an exhibition center, operation center, assisting center, public facilities, and smart warehousing system, and thus is enabled with businesses like international brand exhibiting, cross-border e-commerce, live streaming, operation services, brand hatching, value-added services, and smart warehousing and logistics. The company is dedicated to build the warehousing, exhibiting, and logistics center of international brands into a renowned urban warehouse of Northern China.

Leveraging Hainan's international duty-free island policy, the First Step Group has developed the 30,000 square meter International Fashion Center in Lingshui, Hainan.
