Corporate Culture and First Step College

The First Step College was founded in 2019 within the premises of Gordon Rush Footwear Co., Ltd., spanning over 1,000 square meters with more than 10 classrooms with distinct functions (capable of accommodating over 200 individuals at a time). The College serves as an open, multifunctional interactive platform that integrates training, learning, exchange, exhibition, and conferences.

With the tenet "Learning, Communicating, and Sharing", the College adheres to the philosophy of "Embrace Perpetual Learning for Everlasting Growth".
